Birding Old Marsh Road, East side – morning
Birding Old Marsh Road: Saturday, June 6, 6:30am-9am
The early bird gets the worm on this birding walk at Old Marsh Road.
This typically closed area opened June 1, so this is a great opportunity to get out and
bird with members of the Horicon Marsh Bird Club! Viewing highlights include many
species of water birds such as black-necked stilts, American bittern, common gallinule
and more! You will be walking gravel dike tops, up to 3 miles. Wear good walking
shoes and bring water.
Meet at the East end of Old Marsh Road at the intersection of Point Road North and
