We will paddle upstream in a beautiful riparian area on the east branch of the Rock River and float back. Warblers, other perching birds, ducks, herons and with some luck shorebirds are all possibilities. We will paddle about a mile upstream; conditions and birds will dictate mileage.
**Participants must provide their own canoe or kayak, paddle, PFD, etc. This is an out and back paddle trip returning to Green Head boat landing at the end.
We will meet at the Green Head boat landing. GPS coordinates are (43.505324, -88.591987) and the physical address is N8600 Green Head Road, Horicon, WI 53032. Please arrive early and be prepared to launch at 2pm sharp.
