June 25: Morning Bird Hike 7-10am Grab your binoculars and meet at Dodge County Ledge Park for a birding hike led by Jeff Bahls. Excellent for beginning and experienced birders! This area is a mature hard wood forest along the Niagara Escarpment. HMBC member Jeff Bahls will lead a hike that is excellent for birders of all levels. Binoculars will be available for loan.

Ledge Park (82 acres) lies along the Niagara Escarpment, a natural rock ledge which divides the park into upper and lower areas and provides a breathtaking overlook of the famous Horicon Marsh and surrounding countryside. Hiking trails wind along the ledge, between interesting and unique rock formations and through heavily wooded areas.
