Registration Information & Cancellation Policy

Reservation and Fees:
Participants for pre-paid events is limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation upon payment. You must print out and bring the email confirmation with you to the tour.

Cancellation Policy:
This is a rain or shine event. Due to the expenses involved in hosting this event, we must rely upon a policy of advance payment. Refunds will be given up to two weeks prior to the festival. No refunds will be issued after two weeks prior to the event. Events will be cancelled if the officials determine Horicon Marsh is unsafe due to severe weather. If this occurs, you may request a refund less handling fees.

Correct Event and Location:
Please check the Festival Event Map on our website to make sure that you have the correct event and desired location before you arrive. Buses and boats leave “sharply” at their listed departure times.
